A unique proposition

At LEYF we don’t simply provide apprenticeship training, we also employ apprentices ourselves. This means we understand an employer’s responsibilities of hiring and providing the support for an apprentice. As an organisation we take on 32 apprentices a year in our nurseries so we have developed the systems, processes and procedures for every stage of the apprenticeship cycle and can provide you with an Employer’s Toolkit to help you both get the most out of your employer-apprentice relationship.
