Welcome to Westminster Children's Society

Westminster Children's Society (WCS) is an established charity and leading social enterprise, providing affordable community nurseries and education for young children – with additional commitment to early years training, research and policy direction.

Founded in 1903, we now care for more than 600 children in 18 community nurseries and Children's Centres in the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Camden and Westminster.

Our guiding principle is that all children deserve equal care and respect, with the same opportunities given to inspire a passion for learning, regardless of their background.

In today’s alarming climate of knife and gun culture, we strongly believe that one of the best chances we can give young people and the community in which they live is the solid foundation provided by inclusive and play-based early years education.

If you would like to support us in this respect, please  through our pages at Bmycharity.
