A better future for London’s children is at the centre of our organisation, even behind the scenes.
LEYF is the largest childcare Social Enterprise in the UK with 22 nurseries and over 290 employees, as well as other specialist teams including action research, teaching, apprenticeship programme, quality development, finance, HR and IT – all supporting the nurseries and apprenticeships scheme in producing a combined annual turnover of in excess of 9 million pounds.
The LEYF Head Office Team supports co-ordinates and develops our extensive operations across London. We have three main teams of Children’s Service, Finance and Support Services and HR, as well as a dedicated team running our apprenticeship scheme and CPD programme.
Employees working at Head Office are responsible for influencing the direction and quality and operational effectiveness of our social business. We make sure that the business is run cost-effectively so that we can continue grow and support more children and families. We do all this and more, remembering that we may not work with London’s children, but we work for them.
Our job opportunities are many and varied, ranging from nursery operations management, project management, and teaching, through to HR, Marketing, Finance and Administration. And that’s just for starters!
